The
Royal Triangle Medical Elective Programme is currently affiliated to six main district hospitals and three specialist hostpital. The affiliate district hospitals are Kwahu Government Hospital, Nsawam Government Hospital, New Abirem Hospital, Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital, St. Dominic's Hospital, and Begoro Government Hospital.
The affiliate specialist hospitals are Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, Tamale Teaching Hospital, Eastern Regional Hospital and St. Joseph's Hospital.
